Evaluated for consistency, range control, power retention, and technical stability under late-event fatigue.

Grappling Frame – Submission-Only Round

Heather finished the event with one continuous 3-minute submission-only round.

Result:

  • No submission accomplished

  • Maintained engagement and positional work for full duration

This final round tests composure, pressure tolerance, and technical decision-making after the cumulative fatigue of running, lifting, and striking.

Nonstop Progression Format

Heather completed the entire sequence with no rest:

3-Mile Run → Bench 75 lbs (34 reps) → OHP 60 lbs (28 reps) → Squat 125 lbs (51 reps) → 116 Kicks → 3-Min Submission-Only Grappling

This uninterrupted progression is the defining feature of BOA and the foundation of RFL readiness: one system, one output chain, no breaks.
